Terms of sale

Honeyjam sells game source code and related documentation to business customers. This website does not offer gambling of any kind.

1. What is sold

A license to the source code, assets, and documentation listed on the order: one or more slot-style games together with the game server, admin console, and database schema. Hosting, payments, and store compliance remain the buyer's responsibility, except where the order includes the managed hosting plan. Under that plan we host the build for its term. Virtual coins only.

2. License type

Catalog titles, the engine, the server, and the admin console are licensed non-exclusively. An exclusive custom slot is built for one buyer, and we do not license that title to anyone else.

3. Additional titles

Catalog titles can be added to an existing license at the listed per-game price. The 30-game bundle includes catalog titles as they are released, up to 30.

4. Compliance

The software is licensed for social and entertainment games only. The buyer must not use it for real-money gambling, games with prizes of real-world value, or any mechanism that lets virtual coins be cashed out or exchanged for value.

5. IP

Titles offered for sale are original works we have the right to license. The buyer must not add third-party brands they do not own.

6. Support and refunds

Handover includes the repositories listed on the invoice. Source code delivered as invoiced cannot be returned, except as the signed order form allows.
